I'm a mama to the sweetest (read: craziest) toddler and wife of a firefighter. I'm based out of Roseville, California, right where I grew up! After high school, I moved away to attended Cal Poly SLO (Go Mustangs!) where I studied Environmental Management. After spending a few years in the corporate field, I knew it wasn't for me.
Shortly after my own wedding, I traded in my corporate job for the wedding world and haven't looked back since! I spent several years working as a venue manager before officially deciding to launch AB Event Co in March of 2022 so that I could work more intricately with my couples and get to know them on a more meaningful basis, something that wasn't often possible in my role as a venue coordinator due to the number of clients I worked with.
I absolutely love what I do. Helping couples design, plan and execute their wedding day brings me so much joy! I'm passionate about helping couples have the best damn day possible!
I'm transparent and real, so you always know I'm giving it to you straight. I want to make sure you understand the decisions you're making because wedding planning shouldn't be as confusing as it is. I'll work closely with you to ensure that you feel empowered to make the right decisions for your wedding day, not just what Pinterest tells us is trending.
I've been in your shoes, planning a wedding without knowledge of the wedding industry. I understand how stressful it can be - but it doesn't have to be!

I love listening to podcasts and audiobooks. My podcast list is ALMOST exclusively true crime, while my audiobooks are usually fantasy. I grew up on Harry Potter (books and movies). I taught swim lessons for what feels like a million years. I once did a stand up comedy routine when I was a freshman in college. I love good drinks with good friends and spending time with my family.
My favorite part of the wedding day is getting to be the first person to greet you after your ceremony. It makes me feel especially grateful that you trusted me to be a part of your wedding day!
